Famous Designers

I chose to talk about Arne Jacobsen and Alvar Alto.
Arne Jacobsen (11/02-1902 | 24/03-1971)
Arne Jacobsen was a Danish architect and designer that introduced modernism in Danmark.
He is considered as a representative to functionalism.
Arne is most famous for his chairs. His most famous creations are "Svanen", "Egget" and "Myren". He also has drawn a lot of buildings as Århus town hall, Danmark National bank and St Catherine's College in Oxford, England.

Alvar Aalto (03/02-1898 | 11/05-1976)
Alvar Aalto was a Finnish architect and designer. He is one of the of the most famous Finnish architects in the world and was groundbreaking within the modern architecture.
Clean lines to functionalism and switches it off with organic arches was very typical Aalto.
Aalto was in addition working with a lot of glass design.
